Many wealthy people are getting in on the "Going Green" trend so maybe if they are going to drive expensive cars they could at least help the environment in the process. It is, however, good publicity for more affordable Hybrid/Electric cars to have affluent people seen with them. Maybe if luxury cars become more environmental friendly more companies will follow suit. Personally, I would like to have more options for cars that I could afford to be Hybrid/Electrical.
